This workshop is aimed at professionals and engineers involved in computer security and will address the following topics: General guidelines for setting up a CSIRT, Different types of Response Teams, Description of the different roles within a CSIRT, Risk management policies. In addition, the workshop will include two hands-on activities: Managing sensitive information, and Incident management: Phishing and Botnet.
