Among other topics, the LACNIC 21 program will include current computer security challenges, how to strengthen the participation of all stakeholders in Internet Governance when faced with proposals to increase government control, and the new IPv4 to IPv6 transition scenario now that IPv4 exhaustion is imminent and anticipated to occur in the early months of 2014.
