In accordance with Uruguay's Personal Data Protection and Habeas Data Action Act 18,331 (Ley N° 18.331 Protección de Datos Personales y Acción de Habeas Data), the data you provide will be included in the Event/Course Attendee Database, which will be processed solely for the purpose of registering your attendance to this and any future events or courses organized or offered by LACNIC. Personal data will be treated with the appropriate level of protection, taking the security measures necessary to avoid their unauthorized modification, loss, treatment or access by third parties. LACNIC is responsible for this database, so your right to access, rectify, update, be included in, or excluded from the database can be exercised at the following address: Rambla República de México 6125 or via email by writing to: infoprivacidad@lacnic.net.

Likewise, on the website of the event for which you registered, LACNIC will publish a list of participants as well as images taken during the event itself.

LACNIC processes and/or stores the data it is provided on servers that are located outside the Republic of Uruguay, where they are treated with the appropriate level of protection and the security measures necessary to avoid their unauthorized modification, loss, treatment or access by third parties are taken. I hereby expressly consent to the transfer of the data to said country.
